01 / Who is responsible?

Veilo Studio is operated by AF consult ApS. We are the data controller when you visit this website or contact us.

02 / When you contact us

In the general contact form we receive your email address and project description, along with any optional information you provide. When you request a free homepage design draft, we also receive your business name, industry and name, along with any phone number, website address and preferences you provide. Do not include sensitive personal information in the forms.

We use these details to respond and discuss a potential project. The form sends an email to info@veilostudio.dk; it does not create a separate customer database or subscribe you to marketing.

When you request a proposal as a private individual, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before entering a contract. For other business correspondence, we rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries.

03 / Website operation and visits

Simply.com provides hosting and email. The webserver may process your IP address, time, browser information and requested page to deliver and protect the website. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation under Article 6(1)(f).

A country signal from the host is used to select Danish on veilostudio.dk or English on veilostudio.com. You can choose your language manually. The choice is preserved in the URL without a language cookie or external location service.

To limit form spam, we use expiring verification tokens and submission limits. The server records times and keyed hashes of IP addresses and tokens, not the message itself. The limit looks back one hour; older entries are cleared on the next submission attempt.

04 / Recipients and retention

Your enquiry is available to the people at AF consult ApS handling it and to our hosting and email provider Simply.com for delivery and operation. We do not sell your information.

We retain correspondence while needed to respond, follow up on the conversation you requested, or document a relevant contractual relationship. It is then deleted unless a specific legal obligation or legal claim justifies longer retention. Technical logs are handled as part of hosting security and operation.

05 / Your rights

Contact info@veilostudio.dk to request access or correction. Depending on the processing, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.

06 / Consent to Meta measurement

If you accept marketing in the cookie banner, we use Meta Pixel to measure visits, CTA clicks and completed form submissions, and improve our advertising. The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives technical connection information, page addresses, events and browser identifiers. We do not send your form entries as event parameters, and submitting a form does not require marketing consent.

We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of pixel events under the Meta Controller Addendum. Meta may combine data with information from Facebook and Instagram and describes its subsequent processing, retention and any transfers outside the EU/EEA in its privacy policy.
